The list of the world’s 50 best restaurants has been released, with the UK claiming three spots in the top 15.
Copenhagen’s Noma, purveyor of Nordic cuisine, claimed the title of best place to eat in the world for the third year in a row.

In the UK, Heston Blumenthal’s newest gastronomic endevour, Dinner, located at the Mandarin Oriental in London, made it into the top 10 at number nine. His signature restaurant in Bray, The Fat Duck, claimed 13th place, with the Ledbury of London coming in at 14. read more

Valentine’s Dinner Review – Frewin’s Café-Bistro – Addingham Ilkley – 14^th February 2012

I visited this newly opened Cafe for breakfast a couple of Sunday’s ago after a long, cold walk with my dog!  On the back of this visit we decided to book for Valentines!

The menu was £40 per couple and included a glass of Champagne upon arrival.  This seemed exceptional value and more than happy to support our local businesses. read more
