Experienced Head Chef
30K salary – A well established, fresh food led pub

The Recruitment Room is delighted to be recruiting for this exciting food led pub operation in stunning village location close to Keighley/Skipton.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef for this destination pub for food and cask ales.

To be considered for this Head Chef position you must have worked within busy fresh food brand previously or busy gastro pub environment.

This is not a first time Head chef role as our ideal Head Chef for Keighley/Skipton will have previous experience as well as a fresh food background
In addition, you will cope well with the pressures of a high volume, fast paced operation.

Again as Head you MUST have had previous experience in a high quality environment and used to high volume and fast service and be able to fully utilize fresh produce.

As Head we would expect you to have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.

You should have experience in all aspects of kitchen management such as, menu writing and costing, stock taking, rotas, cleaning schedules and dealing with suppliers.

An excellent knowledge of current food trends along with recent relevant experience is vital for this Head Chef position for Keighley/Skipton.

The salary is 30K basic for Head Chef
