We are looking for a Sommelier for this absolutely stunning boutique hotel in beautiful location in Yorkshire to be part of their small and dedicated team.
As the Sommelier you will be a key member of the front of house team. You will have a good knowledge of new world wines, spirits & cocktails and keen eye for detail & have passion in your role.
Not focused on turning tables, this fabulous restaurant offers 2.5h- 3 h dining experience with lots of great wine pairings that will enhance the food.
I am looking to speak with senior Sommeliers from a quality, fine dining background! My client offers a premium product with a unique luxury feel.
If you enjoy working within a slick operation where customer service is key, this could be your next challenge! If you are looking to progress your career in the right direction, then this is the only Sommelier role for you!
Assistance with relocation will be offered to all successful candidates to attract the best talent. The salary on offer is high with other benefits you would expect from this senior appointment.

Skills and Experience:

  • Sommelier qualification essential WSET level 2/3
  • Fine Dining Restaurant experience is essential
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
