OPERATIONAL WEDDING AND EVENTS COORDINATOR – For this high end events operator running events across North and West Yorkshire.

The main duties for the Wedding and Events Coordinator are:

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • To take telephone enquiries and bookings
  • To manage and demonstrate the highest quality customer care from the initial enquiry, coordination of the event, upselling, through to the delivery of the event.
  • To ensure that an effective and flexible pricing strategy is delivered and managed.

Events are held in one of their many prestigious venues but also any location of the clients choosing so we are looking for an experienced events person who can deliver experience, attention to detail and the highest standards at all times. This role will see you in a 360 degree event role. This role is very much the organisation, admin through to full operational running of the event.

*Basic Salary up to £18,000 – 21,000 plus commission (approx £2,500)
