We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef for this destination food led pub.

To be considered for this Sous Chef near Boroughbridge position you must have worked within busy 100% fresh food brand previously or busy gastro pub environment. This place gets busy so you must be able to cope with a high pressured, fast paced kitchen environment.

You will be working with an established kitchen team delivering quality food with great ingredients

Our ideal Sous Chef for Boroughbridge will have previous experience as well as a fresh food background

As Sous Chef you MUST have had previous experience in a high quality environment and be able to fully utilize fresh produce.

As Sous Chef Boroughbridge we would expect you to have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.

You should have experience in all aspects of kitchen management such as, menu writing and costing, stock taking, rotas, cleaning schedules and dealing with suppliers.

An excellent knowledge of current food trends along with recent relevant experience is vital for this Sous Chef position for Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire
